Do you find it tough to pick yourself back up after a setback or when a challenge comes your way? Do you often feel like you’re failing at something and just want to quit?
Michelle, a 41-year-old married Mum of two (her daughter is 10 and her son is 6), is scared to start her fitness and health journey because of intense feelings of failure from past experiences.
She knows she needs to shift her mindset from being skinny to being healthy and to appreciate the changes she sees in her health, not just what the scale says.
But that deep fear of failure is stopping her from even starting.
Michelle does the occasional workout at home and goes for walks, but she’s so far from where she wants to be that she’s finding it terrifying.
