It’s a struggle so many of us face—how do we stay consistent with healthy eating, especially when life gets stressful?
Meet Nancy! She’s 47 and, like many of us, she’s finding it difficult to make healthy eating a consistent habit. Nancy does really well when things are calm—she eats balanced meals, avoids junk, and feels great. But then, when stress hits or life gets too busy, she finds herself slipping back into old habits like emotional eating and takeaways. Sound familiar?
In this episode, I’m helping Nancy (and you!) break out of that frustrating cycle of starting and stopping with healthy habits. Together, we’ll talk about how to make healthy eating a normal part of life without it feeling like a constant burden.
