I experienced big growth changes in 2022. To explain a little bit, I suppose the best thing to explain to you is that I have never had peace and calm to the levels I have now, before 2022.
So in this podcast episode I share with you all that worked really well for me in 2022 that has led to me feeling fit, healthy with such a lovely sense of calm and inner peace.
I also chat to you about what I have ditched, old habits that didn’t work for me and what held me back.
